Have been coming here for close to 2 years and must say that the gym is the best in ambala. You get guidance on workout, diet and your overall well being. Aerobics by Anushka Rana is awesome.

I have been continuously exercising in this gym for the last 2 years. The staff has very good behavior. The equipment is very good and the fees are also very reasonable.

The one of the best gym I've ever work in I've been here for more than 6 months and the transformation I got is commendable. I highly recommend if you want to change yourself
